Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel a meeting, please provide us with at least 1 hour notice. This allows us to adjust our schedules and offer the time slot to other clients. Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate your requested new time. Rescheduling within 1 Hour of the original meeting may be subject to approval by the team member and is not always guaranteed. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies can occur. In such situations, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a reasonable solution. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
